Menstrual Health Support Leeds is a community-led organisation supporting people living with menstrual health concerns or conditions.
We understand that menstrual health can have a significant impact on every aspect of life, from education and employment to relationships, mental wellbeing and day-to-day activities. Despite this, many people face stigma, misinformation and barriers to accessing the support they need.
Our aim is to create a welcoming, inclusive community where people feel heard, understood and empowered.
By bringing people together, sharing trusted information and raising awareness, we're helping to create a future where menstrual health is recognised as an important part of overall health and wellbeing.
Our mission is to improve the lives of people affected by menstrual health concerns through peer support, education, advocacy and community.
We are committed to reducing stigma, increasing understanding and ensuring that no one has to face menstrual health challenges alone.
We envision a world where menstrual health is openly discussed, properly understood and given the attention it deserves.
We want everyone affected by menstrual health concerns and conditions to have access to timely care, reliable information and a supportive community where they feel valued, respected and empowered.
Community – creating spaces where people can connect and support one another.
